Travel+Leisure has named confectionary Sweet Alchemy in Athens the world’s Best Retail Space in its prestigious, annual competition. Designed by Greek firm Kois Associated Architects, Sweet Alchemy is a delight in itself. Relying on the clever use of natural light and unfinished materials, the designers have created “a space that feels a bit like a sorcerer’s workshop”.
